Offense is lined up in a wide, steep back line with 2 pods. One pod 10m wide and 10m back right in front of the #10. The second Pod is 10m wider and 10m farther back in front of #13. Defense is flat, making sure to be behind the last food of the Ruck, player "D" here. Players in the Post position "A" DO NOT MOVE. All other players (arrows ) shift left or right around them to adjust for overloads and balance. The player who made the tackle, "D" in the diagram above will move out of the tackle and fill in outside the Post "A" and push others out.
