1. Have 2 defenders with tackle shields standing behind each other. 2. Get the rest of the players to set into 3's revered to pods. Scrum halfs stay out of a pod. 3.Get the first pod with a ball run towards the defender. 4.The player with the ball hits the tackle shield and drives them back. They only go down to floor when support plays call it. 5. Once player is on the floor, support players clear out and protect the ball for scrum half. 6. Scrum half then passes ball to next pod which are ready, and so on.
