Tackler will hit above knee with shoulder and then punch through-Tackler should actually physically make a punch and hit hard into legs 3. Tackler will hit above knee with shoulder, punch through, and then wrap with a "circle of death." After firm wrap, hold an upright plank position. 4. Put all pieces together to follow through and execute the hit. Focus is on timing and where you hit to most effectively take your opponent down
