DESCRIPTION The players have to move out the opponent from the area delimited by cones. They can both push or pull them. VARIATION The first time the players start with the hands on the opponent`s shoulders, than we can let them start back to back or shoulder to shoulder laterally (in both these case they can only push). COACHING POINTS This excercise is based on problem solving, so there are not advices for players, anyway if some of them find it particularly difficult we can tell them to lower the barycenter and to keep the back flat.
