DRILL TYPE: Team Games FOCUS: Groundstrokes Progressions SKILL LEVEL: Red/ Orange Ball 1 EQUIPMENT: (2) Youth Racquets (2) Cones Red Balls or Orange Balls SETUP: Place the cones on opposite side of the net in opposite alleys. The coach will stand on the sideline next to the post with a basket of balls. MISSION: 10 to 20 players divided up and form single file lines behind each baseline. One racquet per team. The point can be started with a underhand serve or a coach feed. After every hit, that player runs around the cone and back to their line. The next player moves to hit the ball, players try to keep the ball in play.
