DRILL TYPE: Groundstrokes FOCUS: Racquet Skills EQUIPMENT: (1) Beach Ball (2) Youth Racquets (6) Yellow Throw Down Lines SETUP: Place the yellow lines around the two service boxes for the boundaries. The coach is at the net post to hands toss the beach ball. MISSION: Divide the players into two teams and have them on opposite side of the net line up at the back fence. The coach will hand toss the beach ball to the players ( alternating the toss). The players will rally the ball back and forth. A point is scored if a player hits the ball in the net or out of the bounds. The first team to 10 points wins.
