Ask the group to get into small groups of four. Each group should have one ball and racket between them. The groups should stand single file one behind each other with ne person stood at the front on the line. The first person should start with the racket and the ball. The aim of the game is for them to get to the cone and back with the ball rolling off the end of their racket. They can have one practise run and then a race. The next drill is to bounce the ball up and down on the racket. To the cone and back without it bouncing off or them loosing control of the ball.
