Players stand along baseline evenly spread (use 2 courts if necessary), coach on the opposite side of the net. Coach will call out a line (baseline, net, outside/inside tramline or service line) and players must run to that line as fast as possible.
Coach can progress to elimination style game once players have gotten the hang of the game. Coach can also attempt to trick players by shouting the name of the line they are already standing on, or a non existent line (try line etc.)
