COACHING POINTS

collapsing defence. pass into midmidfielder is to collapse together front three of zone. this will allow team to build up over the outside. left midfielder will need to recognise when pass to top of circle is on. if not player should be patient, pass out and start again.

attacking pattern:

Player 1 runs through the slalom passes the ball to player 2 player 2 runs infield with and passes the ball off the board to player 3 who runs from the topof the circle to the side and recieves the ball and passe the ball to player 4 who has run from the half way line to score the goal on the far post

combination down right board:

Player 1 runs with the ball through the little slalom and passes the ball to player 2 on the the half way line. this player then hook dribbles the ball around passing the ball via the board to player 3 coming from the centre of the circle.In the meantime player 4 runs into the space left by player 3 to receive the ball and score the goal.

2 vs 1 using board:

Make a channel down the board by placing cones 7 - 10 metres away from the board
Forward passes the ball to the waiting forward on the half way line. The two forwards then try to complete the 2 vs 1
