DESCRIPTION

Players line up with a ball each at the top of the circle they pass the ball into the rebound block and receive the returning ball to take it into the D and score a goal.

Pass and score the return | Rebound Blocks

Pass and score the return:

Players pass teh ball into the rebound block and try to score the returning ball with a 1 touch shot.

Pass receive and shoot with the reverse. | Rebound Blocks

Pass receive and shoot with the reverse.:

Players pass the ball into the rebound block to receive the ball back and try to scor with the reverse stick shot.

Pass to partner to score | Rebound Blocks

Pass to partner to score:

Players hit the ball into the rebound block for the player on the far post to try and score with a deflection or first time shot.

Pass, turn and pass. | Rebound Blocks

Pass, turn and pass.:

Players have a block, ball and 1 cone each.

Players start between the cone and the rebound block with the ball they pass the ball into the block receive the ball back and take the ball around the cone before repeating the exercise.
