All players have a ball each except for the 2 defenders.
The defending players without a ball can try to take a ball but only from a player moving with the ball.
Every time a defender comes near an attacker if the attacker stops the ball and takes a self pass then the defender is not allowed to take that particular ball for 5 seconds, giving the attacker time to find space.
Players should keep their heads up to know when a defender is approaching
Attackers should look to move off quickly when taking the free hit to best take advantage of the 5 seconds
