The player on the free hits starts to move to try and draw the defender to come out. As soon as the defender moves towards the ball the player passes the ball to the player moving out of the D to receive the ball just outside the circle.
The player receiving lets the ball role on with the stick and shoots reverse or pulls the ball round to the forhand to get a shortcorner or to shoot with the forehand.
