Passing power and accuracy are incredibly important in netball as it can not only control the speed of the game but also help your team maintain possession.
What's in the Session?
The session begins with a fun warm-up focused on your player's movement and passing to maintain possession. This is a great warm-up to get your players thinking about the skills they need in order to keep possession of the ball and sets your players up well for their upcoming session. The session develops to provide your players with a number of drills focusing on building your players passing power and accuracy - first statistically then adding in movement. The session concludes with a competitive team drill that allows your players to demonstrate and practice what they have learnt.
As each team are given 50% possession (alternative centre passes) it is crucial your team can capitalise on this and take any turnovers to goal.
