Hi,I have been a mum on the side line for 8 years but?

Hi,I have been a mum on the side line for 8 years but now I have been chosen to coach under 16's team. 5 out of the 10 have played before. HELP!!! Where do I start??

Hi julie depending on where you live your netball asoc through the state body will have list of beginner coach courses. These will give you confidence and intro to key drills , team planning, skill needs identification for players. It is good to draw upon those expereinced players to assist you. Don't feel like you need to know it all tell them you are learning. As an adult give them structure,provide positive feedback and talk with easch player individually to get to know them, their goals, apprehensions and strengths
