How do i get my players to be stronger in attack and defense
We need to train this because they are scared of the ball

Firstly the more that you train with the ball, the more your players will get comfortable playing and should reduce fear. I suggest breaking down sessions into an attacking session or defensive session and then try to introduce the techniques you`ve learned in drills into a match situation at the end.
