Membership Cancellation

I have tried to search the site but each time I find the right page I get kicked off! Just trying to find out what the protocol is for cancelling membership before I join... Is there a minimum length of membership before people can cancel? Thanks

Hi Hayley,

It is simple to cancel your membership, you will go onto your profile, click memberships and there will be the option to cancel your membership there. However, all our memberships are recurring, therefore, it is up to you to cancel your membership when you wish to. The minimum length of membership is 1 month.
