how do i get my junior netball team to incerpet the ball more often ??

you just have encourage them to want the ball, and be able to read play. most junoior players are fairly underconfident when it comes to catching a ball and moving their feet. also getting them to spread out more so the court can be opened up to give them all space.
what i do with my junior players is get them to be in front of their players. most junior players have terrible passes, so once you put a player in front it forces the lob or a pressured pass. both, if your players are in front, can be intercepted.
