My Team issues inviting members of your club to join

Does anyone else have issues inviting members to 'My Team?' Some of my players when they accept the invitation link get directed to a page that says 'Oops this page no longer exists!' Really quite frustrating. This happens to over 50% of my invitations. Any ideas?
