Hi Lyla,

Any suggestions I think depends on the standard of the players that you are coaching. Building a good relationship with your players will mean that both you and the players get more out of it and with more enjoyment comes better learning. The resources on sportplan will certainly give you plenty of ideas with what to do in training sessions.
