Players Player - do you do it and how do you administer it?
Hi do any of you do Players Player each week? We have just started giving (anonymously) 3 points, 2 points and 1 point each week. My girls fill in a slip of paper, place it in a pouch and I add them up when I get home in my spreadsheet. Highest points is players player. Does anyone else do a Players Player and if so, do you award it each week (and if so what do you do for the players player?) or do you keep the tally until the end of the season and do something special for the top rated player?

Our club votes with the same system each week and awards each teams player with the highest points a player's player trophy or award.
