Ring movement drills
I need help on getting the girls moving and rotating within the ring, whats the best drill i can use to try get this happening?

look up drills teach triangles in the circle with the tip of the triangle at the top of the circle and the base points either side of the base line. some triangles have only half the size of the triangle with a line going from the top of the circle to the post and and then to along the baseline. its just basic geometry of running. drive out along the base line and the other drives to the post from the top of the circle, or a drive along the baseline towards the post with a pass from the top of the circle. hope that makes sense.
