Same team umpire query
Just after opinions on this, when playing in my local league some of the bigger clubs that have a team in almost every division use umpires for their games that are from their same team (but a division above). There is a big difference in playing teams with a random umpire who is not connected to that team, as opposed to a team that uses an umpire from their own team. It's almost quite biased and often very obvious. Has anyone else every experienced this? If so what did you? It's a tricky one!
