Template Planner and Tracker of position changes that includes rolling subs

I'm on the hunt as a playing coach to find a template or guide that helps me plan and track position changes—not just for quarter times, but also incorporating rolling substitutions. This is a modern aspect of senior netball, and it would be a huge resource for my coaching. I'm thinking of creating one myself, but I’d love to know... has this been done really well anywhere yet?
