I have welsh netball trials and I was looking for any advice?

footwork, passing and getting free. just do your best at all times and enjoy the experience. turn up to any extra training or development sessions you can. the more the selectors see you the more they will know what youre capable of. listen to feedback you get and dont take it as a personal attack. everyone is trying to help you be a better netballer.
