Hi Monica, in the "Follow your shot" drill, White player 1 throws to Blue player 1, then quickly runs into the circle to receive the ball back. After receiving the ball, White player 1 takes the shot, collects the ball, and passes it to Red player 1 before joining the back of the Red player's line. This sequence allows White player 1 to get the ball back and shoot after passing it to Blue player 1.
