How to overload the group rebound drill?
I need to know how to make the drill harder.

To make the Rebound - Groups drill harder, start the drill at the transverse line instead of the edge of the circle. Start the ball with a C and the other in the opposite line as a GA. Then have one attacking player in the circle as the GS who is being marked by a GK. Also have a GD for the defensive side who starts on the edge of the circle.
The C and GA will have to work against the GD to get the ball into the circle, then the C, GA and GS will have to play well to create opportunities in the circle (using the C on the edge when needed). The rebounds will need to be fiercely competed over in a tight, congested circle.
This will test the players ability to create scoring opportunities, as well as encourage them to get into the circle to try and capitalise on a rebound. With three attackers and two defenders, the drill will have a nice overload to allow as many scoring and rebound opportunities as possible and with more bodies in the circle, both the attackers and defenders will have to work harder to win the rebound.
