How do you roster a 10 player team so everyone gets fair game time

Hi there
I have the same problem so have agreed with the team that every week one of the team does not come to the game (they have the game off) and then I just have to work with the 9 players - 8 of who have one quarter off and one gets a full game

I like the previous comment, but I like all the team to be at the game so I have two players play half a game and the rest have one quarter off. I also then rotate who is off so those girls who have played a half don`t play half again for the next four weeks unless its the finals.
