i need a unusual fun pulse raising activity?
Hannah, this is one of my favourite Warm-up games, what ever sport you are coaching. It can be great fun. Good competitive edge to it - really gets players ready to train.
Is there a particular age group you are looking for ideas for.
Look, I am not clever enough to work out the animated stuff, however, I got this from the site. Two players stand under the post. They drive to the top of the circle and then run diagonal to the first third line. They then side step towards the base line, swapping directions at half mark. Sprint to the post and tag the next two.

in more ways than one
Tight markers win when attackers run in straight lines. Teach your players to dodge, change pace and time their drive so they get free when the ball is ready.
When everyone chases the ball, nobody is free. Teach your team to spread out, offer two options and clear space so the ball moves cleanly down court.
A shooter who can hold a strong position under the post is worth more than one who runs all over the circle. Here is how to coach body shape, a legal hold and a well-timed release, and how feeders make the most of it.
