Have a line facing the basket with a ball with every third person. The first three go with the front player taking a lay-up then playing defence. The second player gets the ball and inbound the ball if the basket is made, if not just pass the ball like a defensive rebound. The third player is to get open and receive the pass then attempt to get past the half. The first player tries to prevent them from doing so. Give the third player 5 seconds to reach the half. if successful they get a point, if not, the first player gets a point. If the third player succeeds then the second player also gets a point. First person to 5 then switch sides.
Quick movement to get open for the pass. Quick rebound and make a quick pass or get out of bounds and make a good pass. Defence try to force the offence to their weak hand or to the sideline, whatever you want to focus on.
