Continuous warm up drill. Start with running diagonal to the half way line, sliding across the half way line, running to the corner of the court, back pedalling the length of the court and sliding back to the starting position.
Next player should start when the first player reaches the mid point of the first run. Touch each cone. Focus on high energy and increasing pace. Look behind you on the run backwards.
