Time Taken: 5 minutes Equipment: 2 tennis balls, 4 cones 1)All players stand in one line 2)Run carrying the ball to the first cone and place the ball safety in the cone 3)Continue running around the second cone before returning to the first. 4)Pick up the ball and throw using the underarm action to the next player. 5)Run diagonally towards the red cone. 6)Pick up another ball and run to the farthest cone 7)Throw the ball back to a helper using the overarm action before sprinting back to the start line. 8)Repeat activity five times.
Make sure you keep low when coming towards the cone to perform the underarm throw Make sure you correctly balance the ball in the cone When performing the overarm throw, stand side on and point towards your target. Use example if necessary.
