DESCRIPTION

Player runs to receive the ball. On the receive they move the ball out of the passing line and lift the ball over the two hurdles. In the mean time the player that passed the ball makes an arced run to recieve a straight pass, either on their open/ reverse (but their feet facing the goal). They do a lift over the hurdle and pass the ball square to the other player to shoot on goal.

COACHING POINTS

Coaching points Receive the ball with your feet facing the way you want to play. Pass and Move: straight and curved runs Additions Add a DEF behind the 22, they can start after the player does the double lift. Then it becomes a normal 2 v 1. Player must pass and move in a different direction.
