Michael Doubell Coach, South Africa

DESCRIPTION

Blue A starts with ball. Dribble towards green cones. Do a V-drag, accelerate towards the D and take a shot as soon as he/she crosses the line. As soon as shot is taken middle Red A starts a dribble towards the D. Blue A will now turn around and become a defender (Blue D). They now play a 1 v 1. When a shot is taken or when Red A is tackled, then Red A in the last (far right) starts to dribble immediately and the two Red A's play a 2v1 against Blue D. Rotation will be to the right. All three players involved in the 2v1 will fall out (fast) and rotate right with last Red A joining blue A line. Three new players start the next round.
