2 ball Drill using transfer and deflections
Ball 1 (Black Solid Arrow) gets hit to central player who then hits ball to forward who receives and attacks the circle then shoots. Ball 2 (Red Dotted Arrow) gets gets hit just after the 1st ball has gone. Ball 2 goes to central player who transfers to player on the right then right player attacks the 23 and gets hit into the circle for a deflection by the forward. Repeat on the other side with ball 3 and 4
