DESCRIPTION

Attacking Drill for forwards. Players run at cones on the outside, drag the ball back then increase acceleration going across goal. Shot on forhand or reverse.

COACHING POINTS

Make sure there is a bounce in the drag. There must be a notable change of pace from approach to drag and then into attack mode. Advance by allowing through gate moovement with a ball lift.
