Attacking in to the D via the wings and then down the baseline, in order to increase goal scoring opportunities. Defending the circle and playing the ball out of danger and up the line, creating a counter attack. The drill is a turn and burn, so once you have dribbled or passed into the end/scoring zone you then immediately attack the other zone.
