2v2 defenders (DEF) v attackers (ATT). Defenders on one side, attackers on the other. On coachâs signal, ATT + DEF sprint to the end cone, then ATT attack the goal, while DEF defend. DEF try to channel the ATT to score in the green goal (for 1pt) rather than the yellow goal (2pts) or red goal (3pts). Variations: Coach throws on a ball, and first player/side to the ball is the attacker(s). 10s countdown. DEF win if no goal scored within that time. Both ATT must touch the ball before scoring. (mixed abilities) Overload i.e. 3v2 or underload i.e. 1v2.
