DESCRIPTION

Aims First Fast Forward - effective counter attack after winning the ball. Slow their attack down - how can we slow down the counter attack and win the ball. Continuous 3v3 Yellow team to attack goal reds are defending. If reds win the ball they outlet the ball to the corner where other reds are waiting. they then attack the opposite goal and the other yellows come in to defend. Progression - Attack 4v3, on the outlet one attacker will then make up the defensive 3 as a jump back defender. How do we defender against the overload. How do we win the overload. Further progression - 5v4, more jump back defenders and scramble defence. Whats is the important factor here. Players to lead team discussions as whole group and part group. Additional Conditions for technical repitition (add in when see fit) 1st pass must be a hit 1st pass must be lifted

Attacking Early Height Early balls forward to space explot the overloads, pass to win!!! Carry hard to space Defending Hot line to goal protect the 'house' 1v1 defense jump back - whats the role? pressure on ball or hotline?
