W Dijkman Coach, Netherlands

DESCRIPTION

Two teams play with one goal. In the middle of the field is a square which no player may enter, only the ball can be inside the square. A player can win the right to score in the only goal by passing across the square. The ball must cross both the lines AB and CD. The team who plays through the square becomes the attacking team. If the other team plays cross, they become the attackers.

COACHING POINTS

The payers are forced to give a long pass across the entire width of the field. They have to position themselves to receive or intercept that pass. You can start with a small square and adjust the size and ratio according to the improvements of the teams.
