Nicolette van Zeijl Coach, Belgium

DESCRIPTION

- play 3-3 and 4-4- 1 person each time behind the line- TEACH THEM TURN OVER PRINCIPLE + THE WHY!!!- if players gets ball and turns over from defender to attack, play as quickly as posible to A!! - if player gets ball to A= a goal and other team takes the ball on the line. - player who plays to A, takes position of A and A joins the game

COACHING POINTS

From defender to attacker: IPA rule = Intercept – Pass- Action WHY IPA When regaining the ball you have 1 person more. You want to accelerate to keep the 2V1 situation!! And acceleration always means passing instead of dribbling. One misunderstanding: acceleration doesn't always means going forward. Transfer = also acceleration
