If the blue team are able to get the ball they will attack the other goal against the red team. Meanwhile the yellow team will be waiting at the main goal for the red team when they get the ball. The trainer will throw balls from the square in the middle, If the attacking team are over the line, the team that were just defending have to stop. (Stay in your own half when defending).
