3 teams of 3-5 players. One team ("Attackers") start behind the centre line and attack Reds' (Defenders) goal. Blue team rest/organise their defence. If Attackers score, they turn and attack the Resting team's goal. If Attackers lose ball, the Defenders attack the Resting team's goal. No tackling Attackers until they are in your half (i.e. across the centre line). Variations: Goalposts: position / orientation / size / use cone box / use 3x2ft mini goals Pitch size: larger for lower abilities, smaller for higher abilities Encourage keeping possession: if Attackers hit the ball over the backline/sideline, they lose possession and become Defenders. Joker: if 1 team has an extra player, make them a joker so they are always on whichever team is Attacking
The focus can be possession or transition.
