Defense at red cones with one defender in front of goalie. Offense at blue cones. Alternate offense taking ball out an attempt to score. Defense is to use poking and channeling techniques to force player to side and overtake ball before a shot can get off.
Reteach poking technique and body positioning with leading to either R or left depending where player is on field. Defender needs to let go with right hand to extend reach and not just hack at players stick but look for an opportunity to gain possession of ball. Do not let ball hit feet during exercise.
