Set up a 2 v 1 with two tackle boxes. Players get through the first two and then round the corner and head for the next two. Make them large enough so that they are fairly easy for attackers to pass through until we develop those skills. Start off with one defender in two boxes and then increase to four defenders. You can set up two if necessary to get everybody up and moving nice and quickly. Putting in a lot of effort for the warm up session.
