Pitch is essentially divided into two. Blue attacks against orange to start and game goes on for a certain duration (coach decides) No 2 GK's one turnover goal one end Ball or players cannot go through the small box (Coach stand in this box) No more than 4v4 outfield players Then Black V Green plays exact same game for a certain period of time. Pitch dimension is right and left of box and both circles (Outside of this coach throw in new ball).
