Setup: Vary pitch size depending on number of players. Procedure: Teams follow this cycle: attack > defend > rest > attack etc. i.e. Team B attacks team A, which tries to clear to Team C. When they do so, Team A goes to sideline to rest, and Team C attacks Team B's goal. Team B try to clear to Team A on the sidelines. And so on. Keepers (if any) remain in the same goal.
Make sure the team that goes to rest clears the pitch quickly.
