One square for every 2 players. Both players run continuously in the same direction around the outside of their square. Player A dribbles along the side and passes perpendicular (loodrecht) across the square to the opposite side. Player B receives the ball on the move on the forehand, continues running, and passes perpendicular back to Player A. On the coach's command "SWITCH!", players reverse their running direction.
Perpendicular timing: Pass the ball straight across, exactly into the running path of your teammate. Forehand control: Open up the stick to receive the incoming ball smoothly on the forehand while maintaining running speed. Push pass: let the players use push passes instead of slap passes.
