Hockey Drill Demonstration

Description

  • Goalkeeper in goal aims to get the ball out of the 'D' and away to the sideline 
  • The goalkeepers round the edge aim to score at the goalkeepr in the 'D' 

Coaching points

Once the ball goes out the 'D' or the sprcified area the ball is counted as dead and can no longer be played
