Description
GK to start on the line. Charge out to shut down "player". Balls will be trying to get past GK to score. After 6 balls they are to run back to their spot to receive ball from the ball machine to simulate a pass back to the Striker.
GK must stay low and balanced and ready to use kickers and stick.
GK must stay on their Feet the whole time.
