Square or circular playing area with 2 back-to-back mini-goals in the middle. Game 1: 4v4. each team defends 1 goal and tries to score in the other. Game 2: Attackers (ATT) v defenders (DEF). ATT overload i.e. 3v3 + 2 attacking jokers. ATT always start with the ball. They try to score in either goal for 1pt. Defenders try to steal + carry to the edge of the pitch for [1pt]. Switch roles after one side gets 3pts. Optional: have a circular scoring zone, outside of which you cannot score in a goal.
Feedback: Can you move the ball fast + accurately to manoeuvre around the defenders and attack the other goal? (Game 2) Defenders, can you carry the ball to space and reach safety?
